I'll take your word for it.

K-State is a mediocre team with an extraordinary coach.

That was one of the best teams in the Big 12. FACT.

I didn't call the QB play 'shitty' and I also pointed out the defenses account for this, reading is hard.

No, but your receiver did say that, basically. That's what I was referring to.

You're GOING to struggle. We're just pointing out that your optimism is about 10 years early. It takes awhile to adjust, speaking from experience.

What 'optimism' have I talked about that isn't at least somewhat realistic? If you mean 'your' as in the fan base as a whole, well I can't help what Zou Animal and mizzoukills post while trolling...

You'll have to teach me how to do that.

Well you see in the SEC when you build a big lead you run it right up the gut of the defense. This burns time off the clock and rests up your defense.

Man anything "Mizzou" sure stirs up the Hogs.

They want to make SURE we know we will struggle and that they would blow us off the field and that DGB is a Hog LOCK....

Wait...

Why dont we just see how things play out. Hogs do a lot of "living" through their words and not their actions.

The only team I am for sure you will beat in conference next year is kentucky.

Which is why I didn't bring up LSU. I brought up the games you would most closely resemble. For one, KState and USCe both got dominated. Those are 2 teams that are better than Mizzou. You probably have TN beat based on their roster at the time of our game, but we demolished them. Whatever. MSU is probably a pretty good comparable. That one wasn't close either.

Like I said, Arkansas played very well over the last 3rd of the season outside of LSU. That's nothing to be ashamed of.

Now...losing to a 6-7 pac 12 team? THAT'S embarrassing.

Well, we'll all find out soon, I don't except us to come in and dominate, we don't have the talent to do that. I also don't expect to finish last in a down East. Either way, it's going to be awesome.

And those were great wins, congratulations.
But like I also pointed out, you had close games with A&M, Troy, Ole Miss, and Vandy. We are at least on par with all of those schools. So who knows.

But, by god, they'd keep it close against arkansas because...well...they were able to keep it close against TTech!

I'm tired of hearing that the "SEC QB's aren't that good."

SEC QB's get all their stats vs. SEC defenses.

Now, some big12 homers will try to say that SEC defenses get all their stats against SEC offenses. But, what happens EVERY time a top SEC team plays the newest, greatest offense of all time from the Big12 or wherever? The SEC offenses are suddenly a whole lot better, and the greatest offense of all time suddenly has trouble getting a first down. EVERY time.

Reading is hard.

Remember the part where I explained that roughly half of our defensive starters were out for those games? Yeah - I didn't make that up. shite happened. They started returning bit by bit around the half way point of the year, but we still weren't healthy on defense until the TN or MSU game.

The truth is the SEC is not as good nor the Big 12 is as bad as a typical SEC fan thinks.

Likewise

The Big 12 is not as good nor the SEC as over rated as the typical Big 12 fan thinks.

you guys are a lucky fanbase. The SEC is a fun conference. The fans will talk shite and buy you a shot at the bar at the same time. You guys will get to see what a whole new level of fandom is like.

The truth is, the Big 12's best teams can't beat the SEC's best teams.
