I don't really see it as a gimmick though... 
I mean, it's just an old school helmet. OM wore it against Memphis last year. Doesn't change anything. Just looks cool.

Cool, I've always liked the Powder Blue helmets. Didn't they originate from some kind of equipment error? I thought I had heard a story like that about them before.

2 things.
The traditional Ole Miss uniform has become the alternate uni. How many times did they wear the gray pants last year? 2, 3 times? Now its, blue, white, etc.
Second, you wore these in 92 and 94 when you got hammered in Ttown.
