Nah, Bama is clearly the best team who lost a fluke game.

Ole Miss clearly dominated in the game. People are ridiculous with the fluke shite.

Chad Kelly had 360 total yards and 4 TDs. The refs with the bs onside kick is the only thing that made it look close.

Really if we keep goofing off, Vandy could beat us. They actually look pretty good this year, at least for Vandy that is.

5-0 turnover margin and a fluke TD pass...Despite that and despite Bama's D having to be out there all game...STILL out gained your "badass" offense.

LSU has one decent win and struggled with two bad teams

I would argue that they played uninspired football. There is a lot to play for. I'm not mad that LSU isn't number 1, I just don't like a one loss team at 1 and ahead of multiple undefeated teams. One could argue that they simply beat an overrated team.

"Yeah, Florida is the 3rd best team in the SEC", said no one, ever.

That's not uncommon in come from behind games like that.

I don't disagree

I would also put UK and Mizzou ahead of MS State RIGHT NOW since both only have 1 conference loss

Hell, KY's loss to UF looks pretty respectable in light of last week's games

These aren't just conference standings like some of you seem to want. You can go to secsports.com to get those. These are power rankings.

How are turnovers considered a fluke? Bama was sloppy and failed to protect the football so OM took advantage of it.

Bama never seems to "lose" a game they just beat themselves right? No way they were just out coached and beat by a better team huh.

If you can't hold on to the ball, that's a reflection of your team. Not a fluke. Did Ole Miss have NOTHING to do with any of the turnovers?

Of course they did and any reasonable fan would admit it but were talking about Bama fans so you cant expect them to admit that they got beat by a better team that was more disciplined and just flat outplayed and out coached them from kickoff till final whistle!!!

You were responding to a comment by a Georgia fan. Just thought you should know. But by all means continue on your rant.

the Football Power Rankings Committee who created all this

seems like some newly created branch of govt that was setup to tell us how great and wonderful the govt is...

somehow if there was a point it got trampled along the way.

Jagd, this is the 3rd season of the rankings. Not new. And it's just for fun, that's the point. Just an opportunity for a group of anonymous (if they choose, we will not out them) representativesfrom each team to do a power ranking for tRant's enjoyment. That's it.

like I said I don't see the point.. but whatevs,, your groups "rankings" or whatever it's supposed to be can't be much worse than what the SEC media came up with.

by all means "have fun" with it, if it's fun for you. (no sarcasm intended)

You're such a crotchety old man. I hope you're at least 83. For your sake.
