It's been a while! This year, we decided to not make the mistake nearly every ranking/poll makes...we waited until Week 4 to start ranking shite! This just adds one more reason to why tRant>>>>everybody else. So this ranking is a reflection of each team's body of work to date. Needless to say, some bodies have been prettier than others. Ain't that right Lane

Semo and I would like to thank the Football Power Rankings Committee who created all this. It'd be impossible to do this without them. This upcoming week, we will have Guest Votes included into the rankings as well, so if you're interested, keep an eye out for the thread on Sunday/Monday

So without further ado, here's the Week 5 SEC Power Rankings

Text Version
1. Alabama
2. LSU
3. Florida
4. Texas A&M
5. Ole Miss
6. Georgia
7. Mississippi State
8. Kentucky
9. Missouri
10. Arkansas
11. Auburn
12. Tennessee
13. South Carolina
14. Vanderbilt

...and our psychedelic graph

Ranking shite before we know shite was the best part of the power rankings though. Now we can't laugh at how awful our assumptions were.

I think the SEC (a few teams in particular) has provided plenty of laughs so far

I was a little surprised too, but SOS plays a part in the voting. Alabama blowing out UGA while LSU struggled with Eastern Michigan played a large role in Bama getting the #1 spot.

UF blew out the higher ranked team and got 1 vote for #1. It is what it is. Winning cures all.
