KenPom
13 Kentucky
17 Florida
18 Tennessee
36 Arkansas
41 Missouri
RealTimeRPI
14 Florida
20 Kentucky
26 Missouri
40 Tennessee
80 Arkansas
There's no way to reasonably put Arkansas ahead of Tennessee, unless you're just blindly looking at overall records.

KenPom has Tennessee SOS at 29 and UF at 50. What are you basing yours off of? The fact that you list Memphis as a quality opponent is pretty telling.

As bad as we played last night, Tennessee is damn good. If they play like they did last night they can beat anyone in the SEC. If they can stay consistent they'll be fighting for a 2-3 spot at least

It is a CBB ranking system focused on advanced statistics that is utilized by Lunardi, the NCAA committee, literally every single basketball pundit you've ever heard of.

Alabama at 11 is moronic, they played one of the toughest schedules in the nation and have been competitive in almost every game.
And I'm sure they'll move up as they win in conference. Right now, though, what are they? .500?

Memphis lost @ #11 Oklahoma State but beat them at a neutral tournament the second time
Memphis beat LSU at a neutral site
Memphis lost to the Gators by 2 points at a neutral site (Jimmy V Classic)
Memphis played 3 Top 25 teams which is more than the Vols did.

Memphis will not finish in the top half of the AAC

The eyeball test
Imagine swapping the non conference schedules of Florida and Tennessee. Same for swapping Kentucky and Tennessee.
Vols 4 losses are to :
Xavier
UTEP
Wichita State
NC State
Gators 2 losses are to :
@ Wisconsin
@ Connecticut
Cats 3 losses are to:
Michigan State (in Chicago)
Baylor (in Dallas)
North Carolina (in Chapel Hill)
Study all 3 teams and you see one is not like the other 2. Vols may have a high SoS, but it is skewed by not having more teams at the top.

You think Memphis won't finsh at least fifth in the AAC?
I don't really GAF but looking at those in the conference, they at least finish 5 or better. There's some bad teams in there.

I can see them in the Top 3 (Connecticut / Louisville / Memphis)
With only 10 teams you have 4 bottom feeders and 2 TX schools who played terrible OOC schedules. That right there is 6 of 10 teams. That leaves Louisville, Connecticut, Memphis, and Cincinnati so for the Tigers to finish in the top half (5 of 10) seems pretty much assured.

At this point, no one. A couple of games could drastically affect the ratings. It's almost like we'll figure things out as conference play progresses. But that doesn't get the post count up.

Why is that?
Tennessee is 3-3 against RPI top 65 teams
Arkansas is 2-2 against RPI top 65 teams
Tennessee's worst loss is RPI 136 UTEP
Arkansas' worst loss is RPI 55 Cal
Arkansas has a better record than Tennessee with no bad losses.

Lol, what? KenPom takes in consideration of offensive and defensive efficiency stats up till this point. Past champions besides UConn were in the top 20'in both and ranked high in KenPom. KenPom has let it be known, he is not sold on Mizzou.

So, you can't argue facts I suppose.
Every bracket I've seen so far has Arkansas in
Arkansas is in dumbass
He has Tennessee in a play in game.
Lol at ur fail

I think this is what Slive was aiming for with better non conference scheduling. They lost their rival game to Illinois in Saint Louis and beat UCLA in Columbia. Hard to make more accurate predictions with so few data points.
