Miss St - has an albatross of a coach and Ole Miss will lose their coach if turns out to be any good.

There's so much win in this post I don't know where to begin. If I had to pick I would go with the, "Sorry you fell off your motorcycle" line for originality and then I would close with a "pine box" reference for Ole Miss and Freezus

Bama has won three National Titles, and UF won one since LSU won a Title.

Mulligan championship will always come with an asterisk whether you like it or not.

Kind of like LSU's split title in 03 and 2 loss team in 07? Every national champion had a little luck or good fortune along the way.

Arky and Bama wear football colors and LSU wears purple and yellow?

I can sum up the programs pretty simple:
80's were AU and UA primarily. 90's were a mixed bag because of probation. 2000's Bama sucked until Saban - mostly AU / LSU. Last few years (excluding Cam's dominance) have been all LSU / Bama. If history is any indication - Bama will soon be hit with probation after Saban leaves (see..Tressel, Carrol, Kelly, etc) and Bama will return to its rightful doormat status it endured in the first part of this century. LSU has been most consistent last 10yrs without question. Of course, they will run Miles off soon and that will leave AU to fight with A&M. Arky - sorry you fell off your motorcycle and blew it. Someone said it before, but Texas A&M really shouldn't be in this list, especially when you're vacating the only year they were actually in the SEC.

frick Houston Nutt

Everyone knew that Ford was going to have his best team at Arky the next year, then he got fired. Nutt took over a stocked team. Same at Ole Miss. Orgeron sucked at coaching, but he recruited well. He did a good job at Arkansas, got the big payday at OM and coasted. Kinda like what Franchione did at TAMU.

I was trying to at least put the "Auburn sucks without Cam" argument on a level playing field. I guess it turns out that Auburn really does suck without Cam, whereas Bama, LSU, and Arkansas have maintained consistency even without their most dominant year included.

Dude, you're spot on about Bama and LSU. Looking at your numbers, that's more than obvious.

But including Arkansas in your "Big Three" of consistency over the last 5 years?

Look at your numbers again... its Bama then LSU... then everybody else. Arky is closer to those lower than them than they are to those above them. WAY closer.

Arky wins 3 more games over 5 years than AU and in your opinion that makes Arky "consistent" and Auburn bad?

Nice troll. I chomped hard.

Hell, even the worst program in the division just landed the #1 recruit in America and a top 10 class.

I thought it was nice and subtle. I'm disappointed none of the OM fans bit

Sorry Arky - You will never be in the Big 3. It is a year to year selection. That's why 0-8 Auburn is out.

Big 3 - Bama, TAMU, LSU.
Big 3 - Georgia, SC, Florida

This is SEC West discussion or I would have included UF, UGA, and UT and it would all be different.

Last few years is from say 2009 - LSU finished ahead of UA in the West 2 of those years and had they not been required to rematch UA they would have a title as well. If you think UA is way ahead of LSU then you must be on some kind of ESPN crack rock.

I say lets do this list again next year and see if Arky is still a "Big 3"

Arkansas was 5-7 in 08. They will have the same record if not 1 game better IMO
