When LSU played Auburn during a day game back in '69, Auburn was calling themselves the Plainsmen. There is a book out called the history of the sec or something like that that lists Auburn's mascot as the war eagle. Have any of ya'll ever been to that campus? The buildings are very close to each other and that place is nothing but a giant cluster frick. Bama's campus is tens of thousands better looking than Auburn. Auburn's football stadium and fans are okay. I think that they have the nicest fans in the SEC.

For an Auburn fan to ask the question about
mascots and not expect to get this is unbelievable. For an Auburn fan to ask about Tiger mascots and expect voters to not take LSU having a real tiger as their mascot into consideration is no like the Superman vs Mighty Mouse argument in Stand By Me. One is real and the other is a cartoon.
Mike-1st, Tiger Stadium-1st, our logo last and our area basketball arena-last.
