Citrus - Georgia (a 9-3 team will not be picked below a team with a worse record)
Liberty - LSU (8-3 > 8-4 or worse)

Taxslayer - Texas A&M (travels better than Mississippi State and best record at this point)

Arkansas isn't going to Birmingham. Not even in the discussion.

Record is irrelevant. TN went 6-6 last year and played in the Gator Bowl.
