Have we talked about Bama stealing signals in 2010 yet?

I kid...

Or do I?

And, yet, all the success of the running game this season has been around the edges, not up the middle

Not necessarily. I personally believe Bama's defense isn't as good.

Dude atleast be realistic. You really believe the 2010 Alabama defense is better than this years defense. Mark Baron was the only experienced player in the secondary. Dareus and Upshaw were both hampered by injuries the whole year. Hightower was not in great shape his first year after his 2009 season ending injury.

Alabama is very sound and probably one of the best coached teams around in terms of gap assignment and edge containment. They tackle very well and they can confuse QB's with their checks and changes.

Things simply change for your team offensively when you play Alabama. Yeah it sounds good to think you're going to have some success and you probably will here and there. But overall your offensive will take a dip in some fashion.

Alabama is the only SEC defense to hold Miss St to one score

Alabama outscored A&M 42-7 at one point. I do not think another defense this year will do that to them.

Alabama held Ole Miss scoreless which I do not think will happen again this season by any other team.

No other team has held Arkansas scorless

That's impressive and constantly overlooked.
What happened to the "GOAT" Manziel and indefensible Evans combo?

Correct, but he said "outscored A&M 42-7 at one point". It was 14-0 A&M, then it was 42-21 Bama, which was a 42-7 run.

The game really wasn't close, except on the final scoreboard.

horseshite! Bama's defense today is a lot better than Bama's defense this same time in 2010. We more experienced players, and we don't have the injuries on D now like we did in the 2010 Iron Bowl.

Dee Milliner was so badly injured he couldn't even lift his arm up to get an easy interception or bat down that went for a TD.
