I think he will leave coaching in 1-3 yrs and replace Corso. Corso's health may force Nick's hand sooner than later.
Is THIS the new angle for "He Gone"????

After all these years, and all the college and pro job openings over the years that Saban turned down for Bama, I guess the new hope is that ESPN & Corso's job will be the next reason why Saban leaves.

Saban will probably be Alabama's next AD.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was corso's last show. He somewhat eluded to that right before he put the fsu stuff on. Could have been him just be grateful for whatever time he has.

I thought Tebow was terrible. He sounded very feminine and constantly tripped over words. I'm sure he could greatly improve but with Palmer and pollack we already have the young edgy guys. I'd like another coach

Fine with me. We need someone to whip the damn basketball teams and baseball team into shape.

Corso ala Dick Clark needed to hang it up a long time ago, for appearance sake.

I for one am pushing for both Saban and Miles to become hosts of Gameday once they retire. It would the perfect odd couple pairing.

Just agreeing with a Gump poster, my friend.
Another 2 loss season dealing with Phyllis vs a cush job like that. Hum, idk shite but I do think is he is smart enuf not to stick round for the entire decline.
He did seem to enjoy himself last night or maybe thats just me.

My wife and I said the same thing after watching him last night. Although seeing him smile so frequently was unnerving. I doubt I'll ever get used to that.

I would say there's a <1% chance on that happening.

Corso is the comic relief clown, Les Miles is the obvious choice.

Better get him a hi-chair. I would think the traveling would not be very favorable for this happening. I just don't see nick leaving a 6 million dollar job for a 200k a year retirement gig that requires that much travel

It's not leaving, it's retirement.

Les would be a better fit for the Corso role.
