People seem to forget that a few of these coaches are friendly with each other off the field. I know for a fact Miles and Saban are decent friends.

UGA made the right call a few years late.

UGA is at worst the second best job open, possibly the best.

Miles just like abuse that is why he is friends with saban. Les blames the busted lip he got from saban as him deserving it for burning dinner.

I'm sure that this is exactly what Saban is screaming at his players when his vein bulges from his forehead:

"IT'S OKAY, YOU TRIED YOUR frickING BEST!!! AS LONG AS YOU'RE LEARNING AND DEVELOPING AS A PERSON, YOU ARE A GODDAMN CHAMPION!!! IT'S SAD TO SEE OTHER COACHES INTIMIDATE THEIR PLAYERS FOR MAKING MISTAKES LIKE YOU JUST MADE!!! IT'S JUST A frickING GAME, KID!!!"

Saban is right, he's always right. Georgia has the LSU problem. They play in the same conference with Bama so it typically means sitting home the first Saturday of December and going to a bowl on January 1.

Was the loss of Chubb taken into account?

It might have been, had he gone down after his 1st play at Bama.

If it had been a 70 yard run for TD to START the game...

LSU figured that out and backed off of firing Les

I think that LSU's AD "figured out" that Jimbo wasn't coming...

They haven't won a conference title in 10 years or competed for a national title in 30. Stop comparing them to LSU. UGA is the ultimate what if/if only program in the SEC, and may well continue to be under a new regime.

no our AD belongs at mizzou for the pussy shite he pulled. He doesn't belong at LSU. He should have never been hired after the shite with Duke lax.

Bert would sell his left nut to get to 9 wins.

Basically Saban is saying he afraid now that UGA will become the beast it was meant to be. Richt brought us to the edge, now the whole SEC can begin to tremble at the thought of UGA with a competitive coach.

even if keeping Les was the right call this whole thing was botched horribly. He sat their quit while we are raked over the fricking coals.

Joe Alleva is a clown. Also you don't make a decision to keep someone during the middle of a game based off one win.

Saban is such an arse.

"I don't know what the world is coming to in our profession"

The man had been there for 15 years without winning anything more than a conference championship in the last 10.
