I love how auburn fans still think this joke is funny and original. Why don't you add another nonsense s to the end it definitely enhances the effect.

I'd say this is 99% trolling.

However, a couple things had me wondering a bit during the LSU/Bama game:

1st, the random comment that Saban had told a reporter he was going to be a grandfather, without being asked about it.

2nd, the kinda weird "Nicky's overjoyed and leaping into AJ's arms" reaction at the end of the game. I don't think I've ever seen Saban do anything at all like that before, and it's not like this was the best LSU team (or other opponent) he's faced.

I wonder, is he done after this season, if the Tide goes undefeated? He's got enough money, he's achieved absolute and unquestioned domination in college football, and he now has grandkids on the way. He still has his health, and at this point there's nothing more he can add to his legacy; he can only lose and diminish it a bit.

You know your trolling sucks when you have to bump your own thread the same day it was posted.

There's no question he's got nothing left to prove. He's accomplished everything he's set out to do. But I still don't think he's going anywhere. I bet he stays 3 more years or so, then retires and takes some kind of job in the athletic department at Bama, or in Birmingham for the SEC.

You must have missed the 2009 SEC Championship Game. He did the same thing with Mark Ingram in the closing moments of that game.

Why in the hell is Saban so giddy at beating a 2 loss LSU team by 21 points? He didn't show that much emotion beating us in NOLA, or stomping Notre Dame.

Is it a reach? I dunno, just wondering... maybe his time in the NFL made him realize he doesn't want to just coach football until he dies. Maybe he's coming to the point to where he doesn't feel he has anything left to prove or accomplish. Maybe he decides that 14-0 on the back end of a threepeat national championship run is the perfect time to go out on top, and he can go enjoy his life with his family, rather than end up like Joe Paterno (or Bear Bryant).

Who's to say? Like I said, sure was odd watching him get so emotional.

I don't think Saban is going anywhere, but he said the exact same thing right before he left Miami for Bama

Texas is the new tOSU as far as ease of winning. Will AJ be the Tebow of Saban. Run like a girl scout once your boy leaves??
