Is there any substance to the Miller stuff? Or is it just unfounded rumor?

What would that do to the Coker 4 Heisman campaign?

Seriously, an injured transfer would seem like a reach. I understood Coker, but Alabama has 5 QB on scholarship. Mm

Ask the Aub OP - your brothers know more about our program, players, and coaches than we do.

I tend to doubt there is any truth to it then. Miller (I think) cannot even practice throwing until August. I am sure he needs to leave Ohio State, but I would think Alabama would be more comfortable with either Coker or Cornwell in their system v. bringing in a dynamic qb who may not recover from his injuries or really have time to learn the offense.

You aren't looking then, it's more than a rumor.

Sounds like he really is thinking about Alabama or FSU. Now, does that mean he is set on leaving and it is 50/50? I don't have any idea.

I've read it other places from people who generally know what they are talking about. But they aren't saying "it is happening", just that it is a possibility.

Think you guys got in about every dumbass tigerdroppings cliche in this one. Nice job.

Troll OP

rent free
AU starts Bama thread
Cam

Just like clockwork
Try ignoring these threads. That would be nice.

And this is actually the first time I've heard about Bama's interest in Miller. Auburn knows what it's like to have a stable of not-so-good qbs. That's why Cam came in.

The real rumor is he will never play QB again, his injury prevents him from throwing. Needs to learn another position for the NFL anyway, so would likely be a RB. The question is, why leave OSU then? If he comes, it will not be at QB.

It's a reaction to the spring. Not sure if the reaction is from the fan base or the coaching staff.

After Kiffin does the laying on of hands; he'll be Heisman material.

So in other words Auburn hasn't taken any other QBs from other teams outside of JUCO. I personally have no issue with a school trying to pull any player they think can help a team. I just couldn't recall AU bring in a QB as stated. I wish my team would have gotten a Cam or Russell.

With all that out of the way does it not say something about Coker when Saban is trying to pull in Miller? I totally get BM is more than likely a much better option, but it seems maybe Coker has some weaknesses but a better option out of the stable of Bama QBs? An interesting topic college QBs. Thanks for your thoughts on the questions.

Even if he's healthy, is Braxton Miller really any better than 2014 Blake Sims? He looked very mediocre throwing the football every time he played against elite competition. I don't think he's the answer.
