I mean where else do people think the blame should go? It's fun to take any shots and Bama when we can because we don't get many chances lol. However, this has nothing to do with the Gumps. The dude has no one to blame but the man in the mirror.

Post more.

An intelligent LSU fan. You don't see very many of those on these boards.

My guess is the agent was told something by Dr Andrews he didn't want to hear. Sounds like RF/Agent were Doc shopping.

Suttles on the radio said Foster had already received the call from the Saints saying they were taking him at 32 and got confused when Lynch from San Fran called him. He said no coach the saints are taking me. Lol

I said in a thread on the Bama board his agent looked iffy. Some guy down in Miami who handles MMA fighters.

He's dumb, made mistakes, and was still a 1st round pick. It's up to him from here on out..

Need the Foster laying on his desk shopped in there. Just right across the podium.

Andrews is hosting a forum in Atlanta in June for surgeons across the country and will have 200+ agents in attendance as special invitees. If wondering if Foster's agent not being on that list is cause or effect of the surgery decision.

There are over 1,800 registered agents with the NFL (at last check). Only about 200 of them make real money AS an agent.

Because he can't say the real reason. All 32 teams spoke to Radio and found out he is retarded. Not many teams were willing to simplify thier defensive calls so Radio can play like Bama did last season.

They're also not the only doctors in America. Do we even know who Foster went to see? He very well could have been a very widely respected surgeon. Andrews doesn't even personally do a lot of the surgeries. His name is just attached to the practice.

Saban just doesn't want to call a spade a spade that Foster's injury has drawn red flags, regardless of the doctor he chose, that Foster didn't do himself any favors by acting like a moron at the combine and then later failing a drug test.

Actually, Andrews doesn't do most of the surgeries. His fellows do. One of my friends actually did Charles Barkley's procedure when working with Andrews years ago. But yes, he obviously teaches them well on what to do,

Yeah, I seriously doubt that. Your buddy might have assisted on Barkleys operation, but it's extremely unlikely that he did the key/crucial portion of the repair.

I know several guys who've gone through Andrews fellowship, both in Birmingham and Pensacola. Andrews does all the pro athletes himself (with assistance from his fellows).

Their consensus is that he won't even let you do Jo Smoes surgery until he's very comfortable and confident in you. Which is a good thing imho

It does sound like Doc shopping and there may have been concern, with Andrews being so well connected that diagnosis and prognosis would get out to the league . I don't have any reason to believe that concern is based in fact, but its easy to see how the player or agent might have that concern.

Hard to argue with Saban there. I meant the dude has put more players in the league the last 10 years than anyone. Listen to him

Yup! There is a reason they go to Dr. Andrews

No doubt this is on Foster himself. Proving what many have suspected that he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. But unless I am missing something what does this have to do with what doctors examined him? He doesn't get examined by Alabama doctors but by NFL doctors. Deciding to smoke weed or whatever he did that made him decide that he needed to dilute his urine was on him and no one else. It was on him that he acted like a entitled bitch at the combine and got kicked out by the league. If this guy is the player many think he is maybe dropping down like this wakes him up and he will start acting like a man.

Apropos of nothing, Dr. Andrews is an LSU grad and is the Auburn team doctor.

I'm not certain how many actual surgeries Dr. Andrews is performing any longer.

The man is 74 years old.

I know his Pensacola office manager well. If anyone is interested I'll see if I can find out how much actual surgery he does any longer.
