LOL, Bama fans...just shut up. Quit trying to justify it. It is what it is. Saban will do what he wants and that's that. Should they be suspended for getting caught with weed and a stolen gun? Of course...good lord. Will they? No, because Bama plays USC week 1.

Why wouldn't Saban just open up about the true nature of that situation. Hootie and Cam were reaching out to the community and lecturing the 2 young men on the dangers of guns and drugs. They had convinced the two lost souls to come to the light and love of Jesus and turn over the illegal firearm and drugs. When the cops came the last thing they were going to do is let this turn into another BLM type event or lets these two found souls take a wrap for what they have done. Honestly Saban needs to shine a light not only on Louisiana corruption, but also what great kids these two boys are.

The stolen gun was under a seat. Never would have been found without an illegal search. The one in plain sight was completely legal and was not cause for a vehicle search. The charges were dropped for a reason...they had no case under the circumstances as a good legal defense team would have shredded the whole incident.

Couldn't a cop always just say he smells weed any time he wants to search a vehicle? He searched the car because of a legal gun in an open carry state. Charges dropped by your own state government, stop being butthurt.
