Rumor: State will void contract with adidas, is in talks with Nike for apparel

Apparently the F TSUN shirt fiasco voids adidas' contract with the People's University due to breach of contract. I guess being associated with two struggling football programs in Tennessee and Texas A&M pushed them over the edge.

The 3.7 million is what they got from a deal that expired in June. I haven't seen any word about what the new deal is.
