Just today, it was also confirmed that it was not holding on Gurley's TD run by the SEC officials.

And we already know that the ball was short of the pole on the 1 st down measurement.

Yeah, also looks as though the Gurley TD that was called back was the wrong call:

You can keep the intentional grounding call if we can keep the TD. Is that cool?

Who cares if the calls were wrong? The referees gave Aaron Murray credit for a touchdown he really did not score in the Auburn game last year, and your team still lost

Haha. I'm not crying. Gamecocks were the better team Saturday night.

Only if we keep the win and you keep the loss.

The last play measurement is not worth arguing about. That came down to fricking millimeters. No ref on earth can be expected to spot a ball that accurately.

Haha, fortunately for you, there's nothing anyone can do to change that.

You left out the other key part. Typical CYE.

Yeah. I liked Coot fans better when they went into hiding after the SEC nationwide Aggie embarrassment.

I see your link left out the rest of the story, so allow me to fill in the blanks.

Georgia coach Mark Richt declined to share the league’s thoughts on a holding call against Brandon Kublanow that negated a 54-yard touchdown run by Todd Gurley late in the first quarter. However, sources familiar with the communications between the two parties indicate that there should have been no penalty on the play.

Amazing how this clarifies the part about no flag should have been thrown.

That said....bad calls are made all the time in football games. We have benefitted from them at times and we have been the victims at times. It's football. Good game to South Carolina and good luck the rest of the way.

Usually a team will just move on after a win over a team. Not the Cocks, they know it is inevitable that they will blow this somehow and not end up in Atlanta again.

I think it was just one of those calls that could literally be argued both ways to death.

And I know CMR (understandably) tried, but there is no reviewing that. It's just not possible.

Yeah. I liked Mizzou fans better when they were still in that loser conference and knew they were irrelevant.

FIFY

Maybe y'all should worry about how to actually beat us your damn selves instead of dickriding a team that did.
