Replacing a walk on won't be easy

Just not sure how CDM replaces a non ranked OLman who walked on. I mean... HOW do you replace that? Surely you can't expect the # 1 OLman in the state to do that! I know that Beckwith had a great coach to train him into the beast he was, but that coach is old news. Noway he could take better talent and coach him up.
How can MSU replace the other 2 star losses? MSU fans can't expect the number #1 juco OL to do that! How could he? Let's be honest here. Noway either of these guys could possibly stomp as well as DAY.
Seriously! How could CDM over look the need to have an OL and fail to recruit some guys. It's just a shame to have such a hard time replacing 2* guys and lack the coaching ability to train them over 3-4 years.

How long have these replacements been coached up by DM? Needs to be 3 years or they aren't ready and you will suck.
