Lol "losing many recruits". Meaning the two guys that go to the same school as Brandon Harris. Nice try gump, all you did is make yourself look pathetic reading LSU fan sites.

I mean Mississippi State did sign the best Quarterback out of Louisiana in 2017... and probably the best to come out of the state since Dak Prescott... so there's that

And LSU took the best QB out of Mississippi in 2017

good luck with that. we didn't recruit the guy because there were better options. Narcisse is better than brennan but Keytaon Thompson is better than both.

This statement is false.

NWLA is very much pro-LSU.

I'd say 70 % LSU, 10% Arkansas, 5% Ole Miss, 5% Bama in SEC allegiances. You have just a handful of diehard Tech fans.

Dan Mullen knows his bread and butter is with Dual Threat Qbs. That's why he put all his efforts in Thompson.

Brennan is a much better passer at this point and more of a drop back QB.

It was "LSU country" in the early and mid 2000's and "Saints country" in 2009.

Smart post by the Bama OT and several dumb responses by typical NOLA and other SLA dipshits who join right into the narrative that North LA players and fans are fickle at best.

How recent was the 2 for 5 recruiting miss? Most of those kids were from where?? New Orleans mainly! Where are two of the most recent 1st round draft picks from? Shreveport? It's surprising more North LA kids don't say FU to LSU - if they read this board enough, they'd think they're not wanted.

Is South Louisiana really that loyal to LSU? It seems a lot of big time recruits go elsewhere. And I'm not just talking about in the mid-90's...

Major Applewhite? Warrick Dunn? Travis Minor? Joe McKnight? Landon Collins? Cooper Manning? Peyton Manning? Eli Manning? Marshall Faulk? Chris Henry? Kordell Stewart? Reggie Wayne? Ed Reed? Mike Wallace? Eddie Lacy? Dylan Moses?

I mean frick...that's an all star level team right there.

Yeah - John Curtis, U-High, and Dutchtown have been splendid to LSU recently....

LSU will typically whiff on the big time South LA recruits, yet blame it on North La.

We can talk basketball as well. Plenty of elite, South LA guys don't even consider LSU....
