Why does it not surprise me that you used the term "white knights"?

Definition of white knight

1 one that comes to the rescue of another; especially

a corporation invited to buy out a second corporation in order to prevent an undesired takeover by a third

2 one that champions a cause

Truth is that he's a personal injury lawyer (some folks have a term for that)

Every lawyer that actually litgates cases and is worth their weight take some personal injury or class actions because the pay day is worth the squeeze!

Are these partners prominent enough to make your "speed dial" alongside all the Chairs and Vice Chairs of Medicine in MS?

So you keeping a dossier on me? I am really flattered. To answer your question, yes he is on speed dial and was the first guy I called to ask about Merkel (he just back from a business meeting in Europe). I eat breakfast with him most weekends he is in town. Plus I have access to his condos anytime I want when he isn't using them. Makes for a cheap vacation for me and Mrs ABears. I am not a drinker but my wife really enjoys access to his wine cellar anytime she wants a good glass. Oh and also I hung out with two chairs this weekend. Threw some lead down range and enjoyed a nice party. Anything else you want to know?

Yet here these frickers are, still buying Nancy Boy Yancy on everything he is spouting off.

Some of us......well most fans that I know, don't like this guy. He does more damage than good and drinks Koolaid by the gallon. I personally only really pay attention to David Johnson. He seems level headed comparatively.

These lawsuits are nothing more than diversion tactics. This is a classic misdirection campaign typical in litigation. I can't blame the Booster, may as well try it. But will the NCAA be misdirected from their obvious mission to hammer OM and Hugh Freeze?

Not likely due to timeframes involved, but if there is an ounce of truth in what RR is claiming this could blow up on the NCAA like Miami did.

In four or five years when and if the Rebel Rag owner wins his lawsuit, it will be too late. The damage to Ole Miss by the NCAA will have been done. They will not give you anything back. Will not even say sorry.

So I don't really understand the joy from the Ole Miss fans about this lawsuit.

Yes, but the depositions begin realtively soon and likely due to wording won't be allowed to be pushed off.

Dan Mullen had 12 players recruited by Ole Miss give statements to the NCAA. Only one said he was paid by a booster, and another said he got free merchandise from a booster.

Ole Miss didn't pay anybody. Only Leo of the 12 said he got paid, but couldn't provide any evidence.

LMAO, sound like you are a leach and a cuck, I bet the old lady enjoys more than just your man crush attorney's? wine cellar.

This lawsuit will never see a courtroom and will be tossed out, the shady cheating ambulance chasing attorneys involved and the cheating arse shady rebel booster store owner will issue an apology to the plantiffs, along with a check. Then the NCAA will hammer Ole Miss's cheating arse.

Yeah you are right again. Not sure what that "shady cheating ambulance chasing attorney" was thinking when he could have driven over to your ramshackle doublewide and asked your legal opinion. Bet he doesn't have all the legal experience and inside information that you have. You could have driven him to the local library so you could expand his legal knowledge base while making your daily tRant post.

But he didn't so kick your dog, pop the top of another PBR and walk back in the trailer and dream of the days when that hag you call a wife used to be quasi attractive and didn't outweigh you.
