Sounds like the responses are a bunch of lies.
Basically the store didn't keep records of the illegal shady shite they were doing.
you don't say.
LMAO Tunsil and his mama said it ain't true, yeah ok, we believe you.
A random 5 star recruit says he didn't receive anything illegal, well alrighty then,
2 friends of Leo say they didn't get anything so that must mean that Leo didn't and somehow
proves he was living.
Those are some of the weakest responses I could imagine. Pitiful.

contradicting and untruthful. how do you know with any certainty that either of those talking points apply?
you're assuming as much in one direction (more, actually) as others are in the opposite direction

So a business will get shut down (not to mention the univesitty's penalties) over a bunch of he-said,she-said statements?
Gotcha

business won't get shut down. disassociation doesn't mean can't sell OM merchandise.

Well why the frick didn't you say so? Stop the presses, and call RR's attorney. We're all good here. He should sit back and let everyone make up stuff about his store, it's just a little disassociation, no biggie.
I'm sure schools let disassociated boosters peddle university-licensed merchandise all the time.

You said the business will get shut down. That's factually in accurate. And for the owner's sake, you better hope that they "made up stuff about his store". If it's true, then he's screwed. You're making an assumption that the allegations are false. That's a leap of faith in one direction just as far as others are making in the opposite direction that the allegations are true. No one knows with certainty, but you have a vested interest in the allegations being "made up".

the licensing agreement is with the manufacturers. the store's agreement is with its suppliers, not the school. The school can't stop the store from selling Nike stuff. Only Nike could.

The revenue may be diminished substantially since OleMiss failed to make a bowl game last year and has self-imposed a bowl ban this year. But this tick tacky investigation and a few customers "saying" they won't patronize his establishment won't be his undoing.

It would be very interesting to chart Rebel Rags growth since, let's just say ....2012.
They've expanded on more than one occasion, and I believe they just finished adding several thousand more square feet to their "showroom". Certainly performing better than the US economy on average.
Who knew that a shady guy from Oxford, who didn't attend Ole Miss, could be such a savvy businessman? Smart enough to coincide his growth with a resurgence in Ole Miss football recruiting.
Man, sometimes the stars just line up.

Handing it to them without a receipt isnt possible?
Do visa/mc/amex/etc gift cards show up as "gift card" transactions?
Could he not be getting someone smaller a gift from his trip?
All pretty serious questions to help decide.

There are so many possible scenarios. I don't blame the retailer for defending his business and his name, but he's grasping at straws.

B/c if he's dissociated from Ole Miss his business suffers tremendously.
You need to talk with the State Internet Lawyers. They say he won't be able to prove that.

Is this the same guy that ran that clothing store in t-Town that gave all that clothes and things to the Bama players?

How about 15 other highly ranked student athletes that Attending many of the same events as these two did saying they didn't....one of which was another 5* that went to MSU?

Maybe you need to read the documents before you open your mouth because you look like an ignorant troll!
