I'm sure you don't have any issues. That is because you are an Ole Miss fan. What I was getting at since my initial post in this thread is that other campuses are not as welcoming to visiting fans as I believe LSU is.

I'm telling you that The Quad isn't the only tailgating spot. Most people have moved away from the center of campus since Bruno's event team took over UA gameday planning.

I'm curious what the Florida fans thought about our tailgate scene.. I know it needs work, but compared to other SEC venues, I wonder where we fall objectivly.
Eric Hyman (our AD, old uScar AD) did a lot for the Cocks on that front. I am excited to see what he will do for us.. especially with the new stadium soon.

never had a problem. i have heard of a group of people from my high school get in trouble but they were like 17 at the time and at least one of them was passed out.

Great - the obligatory weekly "who has the best tailgate in the SEC". I like MSU because I run into people I know every couple of minutes. I eat food I like. I drink things I like. I probably would run into a people I know in the Grove and it's OK but crowded. I rarely go into the true Junction at MSU because it's crowded. I am sure LSU is great - if you are from there. I am sure Alabama is great - if you are from there. Tailgating is about people. To us, ours is the best because we see people we know.

Well I killed about 12-15 last weekend as well as the weekend before and havent had a problem.
Come to think of it, we had a cop stop by our tent and tell someone with a Miller Lite to put it in a cup.
Here's the key to not getting fricked with by cops in the Grove:
Dont act like a shithead.
Also, if one of those powertripping dickheads tells you to do somethin (pour a beer out, put it in the cup, etc) just do it. Dont be a frickin hero.
