For as good as L Floyd is, Lorenzo Carter is going to end up being even better. To me he is just a bigger, and probably faster version of Floyd. He was creating all kinds of problems towards the end of last season, and this will be the year "merica learns of RenZo.
Its crazy how good our LB's are and our backups are very damn good too, plus Roquan Smith added w/ Floyd, Jenkins and Carter is just unfair. No team will want any of that by season's end, and if we can luck our way into the SEC Championship, then look out

Beckwith is a beast and I see him posting an equal or better year than Kevin Minter in 2012.
LSU's starting unit is good. Lamar Louis is good whenever he is on the field, it's just that Chavis liked to go 5 DBs a lot which put him on the bench a lot.
Debo has been a playmaker when he has gotten the chance, but now he'll have to do it for a whole game.
Riley is underrated IMO, and will show up big time in 2016.
LSU has a solid starting unit with Beckwith having a chance to be an All American. We should be no worse than number five.
Well you pretty much just said the same thing as my original post. Beckwith is AA material, Jone and Luis are tremendous athletes that aren't the total package (yet), and Riley is solid. Who does LSU have after that? I forgot about Feist, could be solid. Donnie Alexander? It's more the depth issue for me than the starting 3.

OP list is quite literally shite.
Mizzou has the top two returning tacklers in the conference and they aren't in the top 9?
GTFO

I said I didn't really know beyond the top 4 or so
And having the most tackles doesn't make you the best, it could just mean you're less shitty than your shitty teammates.
Who even are these two linebackers? I've probably never even heard their name, how good can they be?

With all due respect, and I really mean that, any defensive list that has Auburn in the top 3 should be set on fire.

Shows how little you know. Our DL is probably top 3 as well. Secondary should be good too, not top 3 because of depth but starters alone are probably top 5.
Are you ready for another spanking, piggy?

State shouldnt be ranked high yet. But there LBs are the strength of their D. They have 4 or 5 as good as anyone talent wise. They will be top 5 by end of year

I just remember that white guy that I think had 2 interceptions against Auburn... He was good

Then why even try to make a list if you don't know your arse from your elbow?
For frick's sake, man

So everybody could know Auburn has the 3rd best group and not far behind the top 2
Also to learn more about the team's units that I didn't know about. And that worked because I've now completed my list

UT is up there if you consider Curt Maggitt an OLB... Jalen Reeves-Maybin is one of the better
If these two guys really were about to beat the shite out of Justin Martin in front of the rest of the team today, their stock definitely went up with me.

State lost McKinney and Wells. Now it's Beniquez Brown, Richie Brown, J.T Gray, Gerri Green.

I know the 2 Brown's are good. A lot of Auburn fans wanted Beniquez at AU

Bro don't even try and act like Auburn is close to UGA and Bama... The real list would look more like
1: UGA
2: Bama
3. Not Auburn
1: UGA
2: Bama
3. Not Auburn

I don't blame you for having that opinion after watching our D play in Athens last year.... But you're wrong. Try watching some games that don't involve your team sometime

You mean watch all 4 of the last Power 5 conference teams you played to end last season? How'd that turn out? Now, I know Lawson was out all season and you're team frequently gives up on the coaches, but it was a verrrry poor showing....but add in another Holland and y'all will be unreal

State will be in the top 3 here, boys.

Hughes got one on AU's 1st play from scrimmage; DB & not white.
