LSU only scored 10 points, turned the ball over 4 times, beat the best Ole Miss team in 50 years during a down year for LSU, and they are beating their chests

Why shouldn't I defend them? They did what I expected and gave us a chance to win. The offense I won't defend.

If our offense could move the ball 25 fricking yards that game would have been put away in the 3rd quarter when y'all shanked that punt.

But you couldn't.

You expected them to let LSU run the ball 11 straight plays for 95 yards, leading to the go ahead TD? Guess you and I just have different expectations for our GOAT defenses.

I've been to France, Louisiana, and 4th Grade recess. When it comes to shite talking the only differences were the chosen language and that I went to a relatively intelligent 4th Grade.

That defense was made a bitch.

You had one touchdown and 4 turnovers. No.

That's my take too. Don't know exactly why you directed that at me. I was merely pointing out that breaks went both ways. They deserved to win.

It wasn't. More directed at the entire thread in general.

I never called it the GOAT defense or anything close to that. I expected them to hold LSU to 3-10 points and that our offense could move the ball. One of those happened.

You had good defense, not good offense.

They're too close to the win to realize both teams tried to give the game away. We just tried harder.

Our defense has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

Have to agree with you. A BIG plus on our side was the incredible atmosphere in Tiger Stadium and the FACT that for the first time in a VERY long time, that ole ms did NOT have an "emotional" advantage. I.E. the vast majority of seasons LSU comes in as the highly ranked team and ole ms just goes stupid on the emotional HIGH of "it's the LSU game...must go gaga" !
Question.... is there another SENIOR QB in NCAA football that is about 12 yrs. old, emotionally speaking ?? LOL at the poor sport that is,was and continues to be wallace !

LSU fans are too retarded to see their defense won them the game and not their offense.

In a 10-7 game, neither offense should be puffing their chests.

LSU had one good offensive drive but their offense "dominated" our defense.

Yeah they should absolutely make fun of our offense but acting like they beat up our defense is just dumb.

It's amazing how fans of opposing teams can watch the same game and come away with totally different takes. How about an unbiased take? The game could have easily been a 20 pt win for LSU but turnovers happen and usually the defense is responsible for creating them. LSU gifted the game to Ole Miss but because OM was unable to create any offense allowed LSU to hang around and wear down the defense on that long drive. Hold a team to 10 pts and you ought to win the game. OK - I am done. Carry on
For a Miss St fan giving an unbiased take on Ole Miss, I think you pretty much nailed it. LSU could have scored more, but they didn't. Ole Miss has a very good defense, but didn't produce offensively.
