Actually it's not an opinion based on evaluation as you and I agree there is no evidence to state what would happen either way, which against was my claim.

Being that you were praising LSU, a little, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt with your original comment.
It could have been said, 'There is not enough evidence to show that Harris will/will not be able to.'
It could have been said, 'There is not enough evidence to show that Harris will/will not be able to.'
