It amazes me how they think they are on the same level.

Well for 1 we dont have to a hire 17-20 coach from a Sun Belt team and despite offering more money get rejected by the both Clemson and SC defensive coordinators. (including 1 UT alum) And if your worst was better than our best you wouldn't have lost in the 2 5-7 seasons UT has had recently. Hell those were very mediocre SC teams that beat your worst (including a rather large beat down that will repeat itself next season)

You don't go for an up and comers,I'll give you that. You go for proven winners. Of course, no winner in his prime would consider a school like South Carolina, so you go for guys who are done building serious contenders. It will be fine for you guys, if you have no intentions on winning any titles or anything like that.

I doubt very seriously that Alabama will win two more NCs. They are good, but the pressure will build and it will be very difficult to win even one more.

South Carolina is about a biggest threat to us as Vanderbilt.

UT won't be a threat to anyone once the NCAA brings the hammer down.

While that is true, people said the same thing when he first came to Alabama. Well, guess what? The point being, more titles are expected, but it will be tougher.

I seem to remember most people saying that he'll win you a NC, then bail Not that he wouldn't win anything at all.
