All things considered, Mizzou could upset UGA at home. I have them at 3 and 5 in SEC play.

I have aTm at 4 and 4 - although admittedly, I'm thinking they could upset Arky.

I say 7-5 (3-5). We beat Ole Miss, and I think we finally get Mizzou at home this year. After that we split what I see as our two toss ups, Florida at home and MSU on the road.

If Tennessee is bad enough to lose to Missouri, UT will have a new coach in 2013.

I say Mizzou beats UK, Vandy, aTm, and gets an upset somewhere.

I think aTm beats the mississippi schools and gets an upset win

U Mad? I'd say Shane's estimate of 3-5 in SEC play will be pretty close.

That's the safe prediction imo, New coach and playing in the West isn't good for your first year in the SEC.

Mizzou should be pretty strong this year. I think they upset Tennessee and beat Georgia at home. TAMU will surprise folks this year, finally. They tend to do better than expected when they're not expected to do anything, and MUCH worse than expected when they are. Kyle Field is a much bigger home field advantage than many realize, and A&M won't let Mizzou catch them sleeping this year. Sumlin won't allow it. Also, we compete with Arky this year because of the offensive talent we will have. I think it's a shootout and we squeak by with a W.

I think Missouri can get wins against Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Tennessee. I understand Vanderbilt is not a team to be taken lightly, playing at Tennessee is difficult and they have a storied history and Kentucky can pull any upset. Alabama is a definite loss.

I would think they can get 1 win between the Georgia and Texas A&M games. Catching Georgia early and at home gives us a chance for what would certainly be an upset. Missouri has established that they can win at Texas A&M as I don't remember the last time they played in Columbia. There is no guarantee with that game, especially if Texas A&M does a better job closing out games next year, which I think they will. Plus the "due factor" works against Missouri going to Texas A&M yet again.

Can Missouri pull an upset in either South Carolina or Florida? South Carolina is at their place and as I see it the least likely of the games for an upset. Florida would be the second least likely upset and the toughest to gauge being new to the conference. They certainly had a down year last year, but they always seem to be able to reload. Plus it's in their house.

That puts Missouri at 4-4 in conference and if they can pull off a surprise at South Carolina or Florida, then 5-3.
