In regards to negative recruiting, I seem to recall recruits saying Bama doesn't mention any other schools at all. As in, the recruiting pitch is quite disrespectful to rivals in that Bama doesn't acknowledge that there are other schools offering football scholarships. I have seen recruits discuss rival coaches showing recruiting ratings, depth charts (sometimes false), news articles about transfers, etc.

Just wanted to chime in to say this is 100% complete bullshite. In fact, the opposite is true. Countless recruits have stated that Bama doesn't even bring up other schools because they don't have to.
