Note I said 10 - 20, not just 10.

20 years ago South Carolina was not a top job. Now it is.

Just saying never say never because as soon as you do, it will happen.

It depends on what you mean by "our lifetime." I'll say no, with the assumption that our lifetime ends in 2060.
