This is correct in every way. Dave's is the best place in Starkville.

Domenica

To take nothing away from Domenica, it really is a great pizza, but I'm not even sure that's the best in the area. Mo's and Pizza Delicious are both wonderful.

Check out a little place called Stromboli's for the best pizza you'll ever have on the side of the Atlantic.

Daves Darkhorse Tavern is some great pizza too!

I went for the first time in 2015. I got back to Birmingham faster than I do after games in Tuscaloosa.

Having made a few trips to Red Stick to see State-LSU games, I can say emphatically that State's campus is much more beautiful than LSU's and manicured much better, as well cleaner. Second, while LSU has great tailgating, it is spread around all creation whereas State has the Junction as a hub , focal point that is in the shadow of the Stadium. Starkvegas has come a long way in 50 years. From a Mayberry type town in 1965 to a bustling little city today that still has the Mayberry charm as well.
Red Stick is well...a dirty big city that smells. LSU gives it some class. Starkvegas is a true college town, those of which are sliding into oblivion around the country due to commercial development and population explosions in those communities.

So enjoy your visit to God's country this weekend. Since 1992 LSU has had our #. Prior to that over a 18-20 year period dating back to the mid 70's, we had the upper hand in the series. Here is hoping we can win one Saturday and start a new trend for the Dawgs where LSU is concerned.

you are confusing hippies with hipsters... stay at the Veranda and drink your chocolate martinis. Dave's doesn't want you.

This is what "super frats" think of all normal people. So if you're not decked out head to toe in Abercrombie with loafers and pink socks, you may not like it here, rubbing shoulders with common folk. But it's the best place to chill with the best pizza around.

Years ago, no, decades, I crossed into Mississippi coming home from boot camp in San Diego. Now, I am from South Carolina and in those days it had a lot of improvement to do.

But, I swear, Mississippi seemed like a Third World country. I had never seen anything like it.

But I have been back to Mississippi several times over the years. And all that I saw before is gone.

And it is one of the best Barbecue states, only behind North Carolina and Tennessee.

Search images of Tunica before and after the casinos moved in.

3rd world is pretty accurate, imo

Godawgs you must be on drugs.I've spent 10 days on your campus and it is simply not even close to being more beautiful than LSU. This is either a troll attempt or you are mentally challenged. If the former then if the latter then bless your heart.

No drugs here. I have been to LSU's campus numerous times and it has a dirty grimy feel to it. The landscape is not very well tendered and it's beauty is not even close to what State's campus is .
Now I enjoyed my time at LSU even though we lost the games , but campus beauty between the two is night and day difference between LSU and State.
Oh, I can bless your heart as well.

Glad I made this thread...

So, for the pizza rankings in Starkville we have..

1. Lost pizza company
2. Dave's dark hourse tavern
3. Newk's Eatery

Thanks for the suggestion. I will stay at The Veranda and eat $40 cowboy ribeye's but I'll let the five smoke pieces I got with me drink the chocolate martinis. You can have fun avoiding the ceiling tiles falling into your shitty blue moon mixed with depression and molly. Enjoy the smell of piss, puke and patchouli while you're at it too.
