I hope so. I hope Hoke has a 10 year run over Meyer.

I really wonder about this pick to finish the 2013 season when - as of now - it is scheduled in the first weeks of the 2014 season. Politics may come into play here and change some teams around...

Wouldn't mind this at all. Would love to play Wisconsin in a bowl.

UGA and ND playing each other in a shitty bowl would be kind of funny... that's some irony!

I really think they got a good new head coach. I am interested in watching them this year.

Maybe not.

will probably not win the B1G imho.

Not convinced of this. Whatever the case, if they manage to get to the NCG against an SEC opponent, it will not be pretty (See: ND).

Yep. Braxton Miller doesn't strike me as the type of qb needed, which is a surgeon.

The Sugar Bowl is now a shitty bowl?

How can he have USC being the 2nd best team in the Pac 12? USC is going to be lucky to win 7 or 8 games this year.

Also I don't see how he can have Stanford not playing in one of the BCS Bowls (probably the Rose).

An LSU fan must have slept with your girlfriend or something because you always have something negative to say about LSU

I guess that's their attitude since losing to Utah.

Ole Miss wins six games and all of a sudden they become arbiters of greatness.

This. It's still Ole Miss in the end.

'Cuz he has Oregon. I have no problem with a prognosticator putting either one of them in the BCS game. Oregon and Stanford were tied at regulation and the two years prior, Oregon pasted Stanford with 50+ points. Stanford is not a given. Likewise, Oregon endured a lot of attrition last year - an unusual amount. Personally I think the healthier team wins again.

Actually he has Oregon and USC in BCS games. USC the one I really have a whole lot of issues with.

I still have my reservations as to how well your new coach will workout. Kelly was the real "mastermind" behind y'alls offenes, and even called all of the offensive plays. I just think Oregon is a bigger question mark going into the season than Stanford.

But Oregon is still a far more reasonable choice that USC. Heck, UCLA is a more reasonable choice than USC. I think USC will probably be looking for a new coach either this year or next year.

I forgot about his USC pick . Now the comment makes more since in that context. He believes USC has the best DLINE in the country. Because Stanford doesn't have an explosive offense, they are prone to giving up a game that they shouldn't (see UW).

We return 7/8 coordinators. I don't expect much to change but who knows in the end. Oregon was already on an ascent prior to Chip and that began with the continuity on the staff. This year's roster is fail proof. If Helfrich can't get to a BCS game with this team (sans a rash of injuries), I'd say he's not the right person for the job.

really? one year or GTFO?

even if they go 10-2 with close losses a coupe of close losses to good teams?

while Oregon's schedule isn't daunting, it certainly isn't cake.

Nicholls State
@ Virginia
Tennessee
open
Cal
@ Colorado
@ Washington
Washington State
UCLA
open
Utah
@ Arizona
Oregon State

I see at least 5 games y'all could potentially lose. It wouldn't be a shock to drop at least 2 in the regular season.
