Why is that so surprising?

I might have our Texas Tech game closer to 50% though

This is probably going to come as a surprise to you ... but outside of Baton Rouge is a world--filled with people who have the ability to be objective.

Being objective and full of shite is possible.

I really don't get all of the love for aTm. They lose the QB and best WR and their defense has sucked for years. Why is everyone so high on them?

i have no idea either. in addition to what you said, they also lost 2 more defenders during the offseason. everyone seems to give them props for just being big i think.

I don't understand why everyone thinks this.

I don't get the feeling that "everyone" is. 7 wins is very likely. However, acting like we're a pushover in 2014 is a little ridiculous.

To try and come up with meaningful point spreads for all games before the season starts (something Vegas isn't even willing to do for obvious reasons) is a ridiculously ambitious exercise. I would bet that the 2013 version of this article is nowhere to be found on their website.

Will be the highest attended game at Kyle Field for decades due to the construction transition timing. Even if we're 5-6 going into that game, we have a history of rising up for Thanksgiving. It's probably better for us if we have a bad record going in actually.

a history of rising up for thanksgiving?

we have a history of handing it to the aggies!

Was that before or after you got so repeatedly molested by us you backed out of the contract that made you start the season 0-1 over and over and over again?

Is Missouri suppose to fall off this year? I know we aren't expecting a stellar year. Or is this Missouri just not getting any respect, per usual?

I am certainly not saying you are a pushover. I am just a bit irritated that someone is giving Mizzou a less than 30% change of beating you. Just seems out of line to me.

I think we should beat Georgia, but having our odds to beat them that much more than our whipping boys for the past 5 years makes me
