They are pussies for not just playing the game at a neutral site. I understand not wanting to come to LSU but play it somewhere else.

Man L5U fans have lost it

Apples to oranges, but I don't expect a gump to be able to see that.

Everything was in UF's locus of control for this weekend. LSU bent over backwards to make this game happen. It wasn't exactly as UF wanted it, so they took their ball and went home.

UF didn't budge an inch to make this game happen, even when LSU offered to incur more costs to make it happen this weekend.

Why should LSU give up $6M+ because UF is a bitch? That's not good business.

Why should LSU lose a home game because Florida is acting like assholes?

Can we get a sticky thread that LSU has a game Thanksgiving night, on the road?? 11/19 does not work logistically.

You should list all the other things that Florida declined.

Not really. It's a worse situation that what Florida would have faced (in terms of road games within a period) if they played in Baton Rouge this week.

I'm fine with rescheduling. But Florida pays the buyout to South Alabama and the game is in Baton Rouge. They dragged their feet and refused to move; they should bear the brunt of the consequences. That's what adults should do.

UF's schedule is not much different..

what it would be....

Nov 12 South carolina

Nov 19 LSU

Nov 26 @FSU

It's obvious UF wants the game played. LSU wants it only if it's under their terms.

So you answered the question. It isn't worth it, not sure you understood.

I think that part of the State will be pretty much shut down Monday night. It will be several weeks, if not months, before the State is back to normal.

Haha LSU scared of UF.

Guess you LSU fans don't care about going to Atlanta this year for the SEC Championship. You all must be very excited to watch daddy, oops I mean Alabama, win another SEC title.

Most important reason we did not do that is because home games are enormous boosts to Baton Rouge’s economy and we rely on them greatly. Even cupcake ones.

So the Gainesville economy lost a home cupcake game also. Boo fricking hoo.

It's LSU's own fault they're paying $13M in alimony now. Don't expect any sympathy from anyone else.
