I respect this line of thinking. I feel the same way except for obvious disagreement about the 1 loss, which needs to be Auburn because frick you guys. But I appreciate the logic.

I hope all SEC teams win... except for State. State can go diaf as far as I'm concerned. Except for Dak. Glad he's doing well for the Cowboys.
Auburn is going to get the crap beat out of them, though. Because Bob Stoops hates him some SEC. Just sayin'.

Who we pull for has no bearing on the game, only our enjoyment of the game. From a recruiting standpoint, it helps when your team has success and hurts when you do not.
So, I am pulling for a 6-6 record which keeps the status quo.
NC State vs. Vanderbilt - GO DORES
Kansas St. vs. Texas A&M - Coach Snyder !
South Carolina vs. South Fla. - Gamecocks !!
Arkansas vs. Virginia Tech - GO TECH, Hate Bret and the Arkie Fan Base
Georgia vs. TCU - GO TCU
Nebraska vs. Tennessee - Vols
Alabama vs. Washington - Huskies !!!!
Georgia Tech vs. Kentucky - Wildcats !!!
Louisville vs. LSU - Always liked LSU, plus hate Bobby.

The consensus is the SEC took a step back this year. A strong bowl game appearance would go a long way in rectifying that.

i think you're right, can't see auburn hanging with oklahoma for long with as hot as they are right now. i've posted it previously but after looking at the matchups i see this bowl season being a rough one for the league as a whole
