Finebaum says a lot of things behind the scenes... I think a lot of people assumed he knows what is going on and chose to take the side of Auburn to ride the listening coattails of the BCS. I think a lot of people have assumed that once it was over, he would start to let a different perspective trickle out.

Beaver, you know I like you as a poster too, sweetie... But to assume that I can't handle this, when you know nothing about me, is just an attempt at settling or discrediting my opinion based on an incorrect assumption on your part. My only point is that Auburn is being investigated. If something happens, I wouldn't assume the best. It rarely happens.

Thracky, as a fan of a team that has seen its fair share of NCAA investigations, I feel for you. You have a really good outlook. I actually prefer the Iron Bowl when both teams are at their best.

belle, as a bama fan going back to the bear bryant days, i agree with your thoughts on fan loyalty.. it was very painful seeing bama go through ncaa investigations.... at every turn i always hoped for the best, and ncaa always came down hard on bama..... if auburn is guilty, it will be very painful for their true fans... ive been there, i know how it feels.....
