Religious to the bone? Past or present.

No other coach can beat Nick Saban back to back.
So, no.
So, no.

Your Daddy's coach has.

Wasn't the bear religious? He just didn't tweet about it.

He was religious about his Jack & Coke.

Do you even Les Miles?

Les Miles did. And he paid dearly for it. You've been warned.

No coach has ever been as phony Christian as Freeze

There have been numerous hypocritical coaches in the past but none have abused religion in such a dispical way.

Malzahn is very outspoken about his faith. Nutt and Miles are known to be Christians, but weren't/aren't as publicly forward about it, at least not in a football context. Former Vandy coach Bobby Johnson was pretty outspoken. He used to punish his team for any cursing.

I'm not really even against giving players/recruits something (though OM has taken it to comical levels) but it demeans religion to use it as both a sword and a shield for misdeeds.
At least use some generic shite like "famibly."

Saban is a practicing Roman Catholic. But he doesn't wear it on his sleeve.

You mean use religion to cover his dirty work

Gus doesn't really bring up religion with the media either. Yeah he incorporates it into how he runs his program and recruits, although he doesn't force it on players. But just about every coach around the south prays with the team before and after games and practices and shite.
Freeze is on a whole nother level from Gus with how he flaunts it publicly.

All that cheating and that's the only thing Ole Miss and Hugh freeze have to hang their hat on. They beat Alabama two years in a row. One of the goofiest coaches in the SEC has beat Saban two years in a row. There is no other SEC CFB coach like Hugh Freeze though. He is the only one that can eat corn on the cob through a Picketfence

Wasn't Gene Chizz a holy roller?

You said goofy? Do you not know the name of your coach? Even The Donald calls him goofy.
