Has anyone confirmed it was synthetic weed or is this still a rumor?

I'd be willing to bet you the vast majority of people do not want to legalize "synthetic" weed
I really don't care if it is legal or not, but if actual weed were legal and athletes were allowed to smoke, then I don't think many people would do that shite.

Likely won't be confirmed for a few days, if ever, but yes.

Is he in a stable condition? Any actual update on his health?
Hate this for the guy, hope there is no lasting damage and he makes a full recovery.

fricking REC at work again. They will do anything to keep Miles at LSU. Poisoning plants and trees right up their ally.

They should just legalize legit weed. I may be wrong but I think they have alreadyseen some promising results in studies showing positive effects for pain and head trauma.

I'll find out more tomorrow.

I dont think he didn't know this could happen. Still it isn't a good situation, but it should be pretty close to common knowledge that this shite is worse for you than any normal drug.
To be honest, I've been largely ignorant of it. I smoked spice like twice just to see what synthetic weed was like, but that's really it. I can see why synthetic weed would be highly attractive to athletes, who want to just chill and get high but still play football.
Even if the government and media report on this, it's really "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" at this point. They've done drugs and they know that the government has been lying to them their whole lives. So they rightfully don't believe it for the most part. I think they've personally seen how heroin, meth, and crack have ruined lives, but not weed. Why not do synthetic weed as far as they're concerned, since they lie about the side effects of the real stuff?

Keeping Miles at L5U is just a dessert.
Locking up the SEC West this Saturday is the main course.

I don't know how you are going to get this information. However, I like to think you're going to dress up in scrubs and sneak into the ICU. And if you decide to do some Photoshopping to facilitate that idea/image, I think we would all be ok with that.

According to the top neurology professor at Harvard anti-inflamatory cannabinoid compounds in pot pass the blood brain barrier. The doctor says that the NFL should use cannabis to treat concussion.

Honestly after seeing enough of these dumb frick hipster wannabes, many repeat patients, destroy an ICU with their altered mental state and imperviousness to pain perception the answer is I have very little sympathy for anyone who fricks around with spice.

If cocaine were legal and athletes could snort it, I don't think many people would snort Comet Cleaner either.
What about simple personal responsibility and not doing drugs? Is that above their mental acuity?

Someone coming in with the sensible answer.
I say let people do drugs, make them legal. Let natural hierarchy sort out the ones dumb enough to do them. Let them naturally suffer in life instead of using my tax dollars to punish them for doing what they want with themselves.

So like most health care workers you don't know anything about substance abuse and view these patients as bad people. What are you? An orderly?

They're in fricking college. Personal responsibility? Yeah, they should have some, but college should be the time to push your personal boundaries. I don't really give a frick what they do outside of the game so long as it doesn't with interfere or actually improve their game like steroids. You seem like you were a blast to be around during college with that mindset.

Well yeah, let the ones dumb enough to do drugs do them. I hope you're not a fan of booze, or you're a hypocrite. It kills tens of thousands of people a year, much more than weed.

Cocaine not even remotely equivalent to weed. Whatever your feelings on legalization, you're not proving your point by making completely off-kilter comparisons.
