you can buy that shite at a gas station. if not then people will drive to a state where you can and sell it on the streets. it's not synthetic weed. it's a synthetic cannibinoid and unlike weed is highly addictive and can kill you.

basically in the 1970s a German scientist was given the ok to make synthetic cannibinoids and test them on rats to see what medical benefits they may have. some are very psychoactive some aren't at all and are good for health purposes. basically chinese scientists just make the shite cause they know it will get you high, you can buy whatever chemical you want from them. you break it down in acetone and spray it on some blend of plants and boom you have potpourri. he is an idiot if that is what he was smoking. he has no idea what he is doing to himself. like I said before I have no sympathy if this is what landed him there.

it's not synthetic weed and it's not legal. the chemical in it that gets you high just isn't necessarily illegal.
