Just head on up to Oxford. You don't have to tell me when. I'll just keep my head to the sky and look out for trails of black smoke.

It must be fun going through life clueless. Tell you what, I'll extend the olive branch. I know you have bigger fish to fry this week with State getting ready to kick the Bear's arse, so I'll make you a deal.

My rich uncle left me a huge fortune. The only problem is I don't have a checking account to cash the $250,000.00 check. I will send you the check. If you would be willing to send me a cashiers check for $500.00 I will let you keep the remaining funds for your trouble. What do you say?

Damn all the bangs are closed but I bet this guy could do it for you...

settled a national class action against a giant pharmaceutical company for 100 million+. A mississippi lawyer and I split the fees which were 33%. B/c of a confidentiality agreement, these are the only details i can divulge. send me your email address and ill send you a new clippin. I live in New Orleans and have hunting property and a farm in New Roads. You guys really need to lighten up. I post every now and then to ruffle some feathers and damn did it work this time. We're all set to fly up and have a knock down drag out fight in oxfart. You ole miss guys aren't that bad, until you start thinking that you are better than everyone else. There are plenty of us in Louisiana that have huge fortunes, aided by the oil industry, so please get rid of those attitudes. Its been fun boys, but really have to go.

Was it amateur hour at the firm that day and they decided to let you join in?

My dad is a very successful attorney in Louisiana and I don't know of any of his colleagues that retired. Smells like BS.

NIH I'm 29 years old. I'm sure your dad is much older than 29 and doesn't know me. The case is settled was filed in New Jersey. I've been in court more times in New Jersey than I've been in La. Besides does you dad run in the pharma class action circles? I know of many guys, within the past 5 years, who have made enough to retire. Please don't stick your nose into my world when you know not what you speak of.

Is sitting on old balls the end result of your style of partying?

So what did you just read Grisham's King of Torts and decide to come on here and anonymously claim to be a player in class actions? A large class action is not going to be lead by a 29 year old. The main players are going to be older established plaintiff's attorneys that can sign up the clients in the class. So, unless you are have a family member or really close family friend that is already a player I am not buying it. And really am not buying it when you suddenly claim that you do.

Also, in a class action you don't split the fees down the middle. You break it up based on the number of clients you bring into the class. Also, the fees in class actions are generally around 40% instead of the regular 33%. I doubt you would even know how to get a class certified.
