We got as close to SEC W. Champs as LSU has since Freeze has been coach. Did so with lower ranked classes as well.

According to media folks on Twitter, a third party law firm is holding it so they don't have to release it to FOI requests.

Neil McCready? The Ole Miss fan site guy? That's a source? Name one thing he has been proven right about in the Ole Miss investigation before it was public knowledge.
If he told you it is raining you need to check to see if rain is hitting you on the shoulders. After that, you still ask the guy on the other side of you.

Once again for the late arrivals....the law office holding the NOA is in no way subject to FOIA laws. We will eventually release the contents of the NOA because the NCAA gave us a time table to do that.....not because you mouth breathers are whining like hell about it.

My Gawd, the NCAA is gonna PWN Lole Miss back to the Stone Age, which is an upgrade for the state of Mississippi

I am gonna assume that Ole Miss was pretty upfront about what was in the NOA. What do they possibly gain by withholding anything now?

This the pretty much the equivalent of a guy getting a text from his ex girlfriend in front of his wife:
Wife: Who texted you ?
Man: Oh, that was from (Ex GF)
Wife: What did she say ?
Man: She said she saw our wedding photos and is so glad that we are happy, and that you looked beautiful in your dress.
Wife: Oh that's so nice! Can I read it ?
Man: NO. I JUST DELETED IT.

A solid argument for our hearing?....
With the exception of a handful of CFB fans(like on this board) the vast majority of fans and media will move on to another distraction. Releasing the info in such a short time after the media frenzy started will just create more caos and rumors about the situation.
Remember that the NOA only contains things that were charged with....not convicted. This gives us time to further investigate and make a case against the allegations.
What do we have to gain by releasing it all now? Nothing. Only fans of other teams and the media see any gain by releasing it now.

That makes absolutely zero sense. Are you even in the right thread ?

It means those idiots running the show at Ole Miss put out a BS message in that hostage video they released, and now they won't show the evidence.

So we willingly admit to some of the allegations and you think we're lying about it?

It's funny how they opened the investigation back up because of draft night and Tunsil is nowhere on the NOA
Who's name was on those Tunsil texts?
Who was named in these new rounds of allegations?

The difference is that you are comparing ole miss best seasons (while cheating flagrantly) damn near ever to mediocre seasons at lsu that get our nc winning coach fired...you give freeze a raise and an extension. That's the difference between ole miss and lsu football.

Fight that mother fricker to your last breath. NCAA has been corrupt through the whole thing. Were we speeding? Yep. Were we in the flow of traffic? Yes as well. Were we in a Lambo going 150 on the shoulder flicking off the NCAA, hell no. And the NOA proves that. Should we get punished, yes but for what they can prove. It's funny how they opened the investigation back up because of draft night and Tunsil is nowhere on the NOA and 90% of the NOA was from immunity given to rival players. Tunsil was given to them on a silver platter and they couldn't close. You don't think they didn't cross the line to "save face"?
Ahhh. The old "it's not my fault I was speeding, it was the cops fault for clocking me speeding" defense. Let me know how that works out for you.

So are you saying that we're the only school that paid a player?
No. Just the only one that dared the NCAA to do something about it.
