Ole Miss Defense lashes out at the Offense.

To be honest, we were mad. We're a greedy defense and if it takes us being on the field all game then let's play. I mean, that's what you want to do is make tackles and make plays. But when the offense is doing what they need to do and clicking like that, the defense barely gets a chance to eat. The Landsharks barely get time to swim! To bite! With Dex and them out there, it was a beautiful sight but a sad story at the same time.
-Kentrell "Block-it" Lockett.

I love Kentrell's trash talkin' badassery.
Heard he beat Greg Hardy in a locker room fight back in 07.

Last locker room fight I remember was Oher throwing some poor DLineman into the lockers for what the guy said about his sister.

They actually call themselves the landsharks?

I think we finally talked some sense into the barners. They need to beat us to keep the great class they have intact, imo.

When you're that good, you're allowed to give yourself nicknames like that.

No big deal IMO. I actually find it adorable.

Agreed. I think they have realized that their season has started to circle into the deepest abyss that only gr3gxxz could describe

Gotta say....That sig pic looks great.
And kudos for not bitching out and going on "vacation" like most posters would do.

OM's offense has the ability to be very strong, not sure what has caused the regress in its passing game but if repaired OM is among the best teams in the conference right now.

Jevan Snead playing scared.
The O-line got good and Jevan started playing with confidence. It's essentially that simple.

Whoa now. We've had one good game offensively against a thoroughly average Arkansas defense. I'm excited about what COULD be, but I'm not counting my chickens just yet. Pre-season expectations spanked us like little girls, I ain't bragging or expecting a damn thing until/if we beat LSU.

Our offense was great against UAB, too. If you can't see the improvement, then you're blind. We weren't playing that well on offense against Memphis and SELA.

Snead struggled against shitty teams as well. He was very inconsistant against even the likes of Memphis State.
What Jevan showed us that made us excited has little to do with the competition that we played. He didn't show us that he was playing scared. He was showing some great poise. Our Oline also struggled against lesser competition earlier in the year.
If you remember, Snead and our OLine gelled around this time last year. It was the right side that was the problem last year.
