you suck at trolling just like Tenn. sucks at football.

Aren't there more than twice as many people living in Ohio as there are in Alabama? If this is just showing how many people from each state are buying tickets, then Ohio with a 3% lead is not that surprising.

Gump fans have probably decided to save what money they have and just buy National Championship tickets. Why waste money on a game they know they will already win!!!
thats the thing about this new format. You have to spend a fortune on tickets and travel for the semi final, then if you win turn around and do it all again. A lot of people probably can't afford to do that two weeks in a row so they have to decide if they want to go to the semi or roll the dice and shoot for the finals.

Also makes more sense to go to 2nd game. If you lose the first you never wanted to be there anyway. If you win the first then don't you want to be at the final game in Dallas? So, why even go to the first game (unless you can afford to go to both).

Lots of folks in the south have Sugar Bowl tickets. I sold 4 tickets to a great Alabama family (regular price). BAMA fans will out number those Yankees.

I think I may go to a movie that night, the thought of pulling for OSU makes me sick.

If I was a bama fan on a limited budget, I would just buy NC tickets and forget about the sugar bowl.

not even close really. Might want to look in the mirror, for one sport anyway

fwiw their fans were great in the 07 Champ game. Tons showed up, spent their money, partied, didn't teabag anyone or act like inbred Oklahomians. EARNED my respect as a fan base that week. Took their beatdown like adults too

Alabama doesn't get excited about thier bowl games when they don't make it to the NC.

40K quiet fans sound just like 10K. Not worried about how many tOSU fans are there. They will be looking at their phones after halftime.

Well yea, they've had enrollments of 50K for decades. Alabama was a school of 15-20K until about 4 years ago.

Bama's upset about being disrespected with the Sugar Bowl again this year. Should have been given a bye and a seat in the NC game from the start.

If I were a fan of a team that was in the playoff, there is no way on Earth I would go to the semi-final game. If my team wins in the semis, then attending the NC game is where I want to spend my resources. If my team loses in the semis, that's a game I would not have enjoyed anyway.

Yeah. They should just lock the doors at the bowl game and let the 2 fanbases eat each other alive. It would kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
