I will admit, the Pinkel Powered Mizzou tigers have made me happy the SEC division rotation is so fricked up. I sure hope he retires before the next time yall can come to A&M. How old is his arse, and how many more points until he can lose his licence for good?

I just realized you're an Aggie so now this thread makes perfect sense.

I've been posting on the rant a lot longer than A&M has been in the SEC.

That's how SEC they feel to me. I have food in my cupboard I purchased before A&M joined the SEC.

Honest question, how old does a person have to be in order for SC & Arkansas to not "feel SEC" to you?

I'm getting up there and I can barely recall anything else.
Seriously you'd have to be 50+ to have any real insight on this subject.

Things were different back then.

I remember when it was a big deal to have a football game televised.

I also remember staying up late Sunday night to watch the broadcast of the previous day's basketball game after the 10:00 news.

If it offends you then you can be #2.

Can't be number one though, South Carolina started the civil war. That is lifetime SEC cred.

The north invading the peaceful south and the country they formed started the war of northern aggression.

I think it has to go:

1. USC (southern as can be)
2. A&M (we were born to be 3rd in the west)
3. Arky (They make the Wal-Mart thing southerners love)
4. Mizzou (only SEC thing about them is all the East Titles, but who the frick is counting accomplishments in this group?)

What do you think?

This question doesn't work when Arkansas is more southern than founding members.

South Carolina seceded first AND had the first fighting. They were as relevant as Bama back then.

USCe -- who cares - when HBC leaves, fade
Mizzou -- like their gumption, but seem to know their place

Oh lets see.....Carolina feels SEC to me, because I have pre-Netscape, big hair days, memories of SEC teams playing them in conference sports games and such. Arkansas, too. There are even a bunch of non-HD games on VHS you can watch as proof. I remember watching games when Bryant Denny seated like 70k.

I remember watching Arkansas games at State when DWS was just "Scott Field" and it seated 40k.

That's pretty SEC, breh.

So they have added a 10 seats for every year since.

I am still a little skeptical. How many trees have you killed, and fake national titles have you claimed?
