Every time a major revelation comes (see Lawsuit, NOA), reset a 2 year counter to zero. That's how long you'll likely have to actively read about it.

You caught my drift. Ole Miss's Athletic Department and associated folks have given new meaning to the world "transparency." They apparently attended the Hillary Clinton School of Public Relations and Public Disclosure. If I were an Ole Miss fan, I would have no confidence that Ole Miss will manage this well. And I'd be plenty angry.

Nutt was texting a reporter who was trashing Mitch Mustain. The volume of texts suggested a VERY close relationship but to my knowledge the content of the texts were never disclosed so there was no direct proof.
Freeze was calling hookers while in the midst of a NCAA investigation, the defense of which was based on his sqeaky clean image.
So yeah, the two situations are alike in the same way that the neighborhood storm drain and the Grand Canyon are both ditches.

Is that right or are you confusing two different things? He was texting a reporter but I don't remember her trashing Mitch. They had a family friend that was the letter writer about Mitch? Someone clarify.

You're right. My memory was bad. it was a booster. The e-mail from the booster is what led to the discovery of texts to the reporter.
