What if Freeze tells the truth. He never used the word "primary."

Nutt and his Scarramuchi lawyer lose again. Nutt still can't find a job.

Maybe LSU will hire him out of pity?

All these Black Bear comments about Nutt losing. Tell us how the Black Bears won? Anything? You lost your HC, your A.D.'s nuts...pun intended...are on the line, too, boosters have been banned from the program, recruiting is being crushed, you lost at least one bowl game, potentially two, schollies have been and will be reduced. Moo Staters are having a blast at your expense. And NUTT lost?

Yeah, we lost a booster named Patel and his 2 hotels, a car guy from Memphis State, a hunter, a grasscutter and a hair saloon owner.

Looks like we won't lose a certain booster and his T-shirt shop. He may even win millions if Leo goes to the NFL.

"The latest blow to the school’s recruiting efforts came this weekend as two more recruits announced their decommitments from the program.

Following these announcements, Ole Miss is now down to seven total 2018 commitments. The Rebel class currently ranks last in the SEC and No. 80 in the nation."

Of all the stupidity I've seen from ole Miss fans this might be the dumbest.

Admitting to having hookers for recruits? You realize the implications of that don't you?

Ole Miss is done. And I mean actually done. we're going to have to start a SEC Replacement thread pretty soon I bet.

Doesn't sound like Mr.Mars is ready to play nice just yet.

"There can be no doubt, especially when it comes to athletics, that Ole Miss holds the SEC record for sure for being the most notorious flagrant violator of their state’s open record laws.

"From what I've learned in the past two weeks, I dare say they probably hold the same record when compared to every other Division I school in the country.’’

If you ever think that OM can't be any more incompetent and couldn't possibly screw things up worse than they are, just wait 30 minutes

Are there any who are not blithering idiots?

1) Lose??
2) Lose Again????

Mars has made Ole Miss look like complete and total amateurs since day one. Almost every day that passes there is a little more embarrassment tacked on.

Remember when it was Markel that was supposed to make MSU, Mullen, and Leo Lewis look bad?? Where is all of that??

Meanwhile Mars is sloooooooowwwly pulling off the bandaid and Ole Miss cries and calls for mommy louder and louder as it goes along.

At this point OM is deeper that John Holmes. They just need to ride this out. There is nothing to do now but sit back, take it like they should, and accept the punishment given.

$20 says Nutt plans to be hired as the head of this commission so he can get paid and pretend to be a saint.

He can go pound sand as far as I'm concerned

There is a reason he's keeping it in the media

yes, to continue to apply pressure in the only way they can at the moment. I wonder if they have another bullet in the chamber should Ole Miss again decline to offer the apology? If they decline and Nutt's attorney drops another hammer, how will OM feel then?

it's not because he has a case with merit.

Look up cases without merit and you'll find Rebel Rags lawsuit as exhibit A. That is absolutely a losing case and I honestly question the motives behind filing it. Those three claims are all significantly more difficult to prove than what Nutt has claimed.

Houston Nutt's honor/good name/integrity/accountability are on par with Hugh Freeze's right now.

Houston Dale wasn't called the "Right Reverend" at Arky for nothing.

Don't speak too soon. There are PLENTY of ways that we could mess this up.

I'm thinking Mars asked that all phone records of all the staff members and coaches to be released to the public as part of the settlement. Then when OM says no he goes after them in discovery.
