this thread would have been better if you went with this opinion and then posted notre dame's schedule showing it's just as good as bama's except they didn't lose.

While I don't think ND is very good, this game has an Ohio St/Miami feel. I think Bama better not come in slow, becasue ND has the defense and enough offense to give them some problems.

When your most famous player of all time only got on the field for 3 plays, out of pity, then was carried off on his teammates shoulders, you should probably go crawl under a rock and die. You have no business being a college football fan.

People who say Notre Dame sucks, does not know anything about football. Notre Dame has won all 12 games, and some have been against top 10 competition. Yes they struggled at times this year, but they have clearly found out how to win, and sometimes that's all that matters.

ND should have lost to Stanford - check the video. If Pitt didn't completely suck, they would have lost to them as well.
