Waiting till auburn game for UGA discussion

This. That is when we will know if Georgia is or real or not. A weak schedule to this poit with a bad loss doesn't tell us anything. The committeee seems to give heavy consideration to SOS (As they should) and that could hurt Georgia.
Only time will tell.

Who could have predicted that Auburn fans would come in and shite all over this thread? I'm shocked

Not all of them. Weagle and RockyMountain BOTH made honest points. Georgia fans need to quit painting all Auburn posters as bad when there are actually some very good, fair posters. AND, Auburn posters should do the same.

Nice to have Gurley or Michell back, but as long as UGA has Chubb they can WIN.

UGA's D is the Key.

UGA/LSU in the SECCG.

As long as they win out, the only time any UGA fan will care about being in the discussion is on December 7. Until then, these rankings are absolutely meaningless

it is never. I repeat. never. going to be UGAs year under richt.

enjoy your 10/11 win season

Love 10/11 win seasons consistently. Love always being in contention. Hate that we haven't won a MNC but hey, less than %1 of teams win it, so it's all good.

I believe if Richt makes it to the SECCG this year, he will have made that game in half the years he's coached. That's pretty impressive. Also, he's won a few SECCGs and we were only 5 yards from the big game.

Richt, Pruitt and Bobo will get us there. One time, the ball will bounce our way.

Good luck 11/15

Actually lots of people are talking about them and pretty much everyone knows they have, by far, the easiest path to the playoff.

Is that about the same thing as winning C-USA championship?

UGA is alwsys there, ready to Represent the SEC as champion. With a 11-1, or 12-0 record going into the CG.

If they win, the could be the ONLY team invited.

Irony.

I am sitting here watching Mike and Mike on ESPN. Who are they saying is in best position out of SEC to make the playoff? UGA. They both cite the fact that last year at this time, Auburn was ranked 11th in the BCS, UGAs schedule compared to other SEC teams going forward, Vegas has them at 6/1 odds to win it all(same as Oregon) and the ESPN power index has them favored to win the SEC. They think we are in great position.

I agree.

I like UGA to win out! Play in SEC Champ game and win. Their defense is coming on and the QB is underrated. They are under the radar as far as the SECW fans look at them, big mistake.

That loss wasn't unexplainable.

The refs simply would not let Georgia win in Columbia, SC that night.

I think some people are overstating how easy Georgia's remaining schedule is. Kentucky has played pretty well at home this year. Beat South Carolina and gave Mississippi State a close game. If they can avoid turning the ball over and making a lot of mistakes, I think they will give Georgia a close game at the very least. Might even beat them

uGA is the most likely team to win out if you look at remaining schedule vs. what SEC West teams face heading into the SECCG.

LOL. SC had the lead the whole game other than when UGA got up 10-7 after an SC fumble, then SC went right down the field and scored, regained the lead and kept it. Sorry, the loss wasn't unexplainable, you just almost pulled the W out of your arse.
