Bama has beat us the last five years for one reason only. No passing game and especially no blitz busting short passing game. Saban has brought the house, knowing we can't beat it. It's that simple. Bring the house, stuff the running game and force the QB to make plays. That all changes this year. B Harris comes alive passing.it will make LF7 even better. No more one dimension. We will beat Bama. Can't wait.

Umm. Bama's pretty close to consensus #1 preseason. Not to the level that Blowhio State was last year (we won't have all 62 or whatever #1 votes in the AP poll), but every preseason mag that I've seen, and pretty much all of the "talking heads" have us at #1. It doesn't really matter, but that's what they're saying.

Coach, have you lost your mind? Bama runs a train in the game of the year # 3 or 4 or what ever...Saban has Les by the short hairs, you lose...

Thank you Mr. Sid. I need all the blessings I can get. But I think CLM has finally woken up. It will not be be so simple next year. Balance beats Bama. Finally.

Brought the house? I can count on two or three fingers the number of times we blitzed last year.

Do some people not even watch the games?

Arrogance, but definition, is an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities, which in this case, describes exactly your ilk

Keep one thing in mind. The past two years we've beaten you down there, while you say you should have won, you also fail to account for the fact that our offense played like absolute garbage in both games (2012 and 2014). While LSU's D had something to do with it, we still couldn't play much worse offensively than we did for basically 59:00 in both games. So, yes, if we repeat the same lousy performances that we had down there the past couple of times in this years game, you'll be in position to try and win it at the end, most likely. I'm guessing we won't lay an egg offensively down there for a change this time.

Bamafan hubris is only exceeded by their inability to rationalize. There can be no calm rational discussion about anything with them.

Watch the game again. And the previous four. They blitzed alot. Linebackers, corners. But it's not just blitzing, it's loading the box on almost every play, daring us to pass. We have to stop you from running down hill. Bama always ( well not always) struggles with teams that can pass and play with balance. If your one dimensional, you lose. I think I speak the truth.

To be fair, Mett was pretty damn good and not just via eyeball test

Lol

1. Bama brings back a very experienced secondary led by Eddie Jackson, who was tied for first in the SEC in interceptions. Along with him, Marlon Humphrey, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and Ronnie Harrison. If you think Harris is, not only going to progress over the offseason, but be able to pick apart ab elite secondary, you're just as delusional as the Tiger fans who said Bama was no match for Fournette and the L5U offensive line last season

2. Alabama had over 430 yards of offense last year. I doubt because Alabama sold out to stop LF1.6 is the sole reason Alabama won last year's game.

3. What's your excuse for when L5U had Mettenberger throwing it to Landry and Beckham Jr and still lost by 21 to Bama?

Your playbook is so predictable Saban knows it better than you. OLBs had both QB and RB on your option in BCSCG, let that sink in. Last year, 190lb CBs took LF7 down one on one TFL. Need more?

I guess you think the team that had to have the damn governor save the coach's job should be number one?

Mett was the one good passer we've had since Matt Flynn\J Russell. But he wasn't great. His feet were in concrete. He could not move. That always irritated me. Got sacked a lot more than he should have. I believe Brandon Harris can do it all now that he has the experience. They are working hard on screens, tight ends and short to medium passes. Not just run and deep passes like we've seen do much if. Short game nullifies the rush and blitz. Keeps defences honest. That's a big key for us.

Short stubby corners will have trouble cover big old tiger receivers. 6' 3" are better my man. Remember D. Craig ate Bamas butt while Auburn tiger.
