No one here hates him because "he's black" - that's just patently absurd.
No one cares he played for Auburn. Every school has players in the NFL.
Honestly, VERY few care about the crap that happened at AU and Florida, though it is amusing to bring it up.
A few more find his antics annoying, but he's hardly alone in that regard in the NFL.
Mostly, it's how many AU fans suddenly became Carolina fans. The "we're not bandwagon fans!" contingent of the SECr are all suddenly Carolina fans, and their patron saint is Saint Cam, or SCam for short.
You, not Cam... YOU... are annoying. The whole, "We have the greatest QB in the history of the NFL!" - um, no. You don't. We grew tired of seeing the Carolina icons next to your names, rallying your love of the Panthers when you probably had no idea they had a team until a few years ago.

He's 26 and they bring back everyone of importance on a team that has lost 3 games in a year and half.

I'm simply referring to his ability to nourish the thousands of starving, pathetic AU fans who are desperate to see a winner and realize that their super coach is NOT going to lead them to the promised land.

I pretty much dislike Cam for his own actions, not AU fans (although they are predictably and unintentionally hi-larious).

I promise you there are people here on the rant who hate him for all of those reasons. Maybe you don't, but others do.

You didn't. If your current crop is any indication, Malzahn wouldn't know a great QB if he hit in the head... from 80 yards out, under pressure from a blitzing LB.
Florida started him out, Blinn College is where he truly learned his potential, and Shula is the one that made him a great QB. AU rode him like a pony to a trophy and have staked a claim to a player who played a single season like he had been there as long as Bo Jackson.

All Cammy Cam ever was to them was a rented mule. He was paid money to attend a semester or two of classes at Auburn. Then he rode off into the sunset after one season.
At the end of the day he's a fraud. He only went back to Auburn for PR purposes. Everything he does, no matter how trivial, is calculated for positive press. But last night after the game we saw the real Cam Newton - an immature, selfish, sore loser.

Hmm, nope. Kuechley, Norman, Kony, McManus, CJ Anderson, Ward, Ware, Jackson, C. Johnson, and Harris all had better games than he did.
Cam is in the tier with the Tolberts, Peytons, Stewarts, Hillmans, Thomases, and Ganos of the world.
