No one here hates him because "he's black" - that's just patently absurd.
Yep, this is straight out of the liberal progressive playbook and it's absurd to apply it to sports since blacks are much more highly represented in football compared to they percentage in the overall population.
The main reason I don't like Cam is his thuggish background and his attitude on and off the field which is all too common among football players in general. In general, I prefer players that humble and do their celebrating after the game is won when their is something to celebrate. I don't like cocky/arrogant players which pretty much describes Cam and his ilk.
Having said that, Cam probably is the best QB in the NFL now. The guy is a gifted freak in terms of speed for his size combined with arm strength and accuracy. Honestly, I would not be surprised to see the Panthers win the Super Bowl next year but I am glad that Peyton Manning ending his career as a champion; guy is a class act. /salute.
